Who are Unique Magazines?
Unique Magazines is an independant supplier of magazine subscriptions based in the UK. As well as offering great subscription offers on all of your favourite magazines, we specialise in offering subscriptions to titles which are often hard to find on the high street.
Top Why subscribe to a magazine?
There are many benefits of subscribing to magazines; Price, it is invariably cheaper to subscribe to a magazine rather than buying it at the newsagent. Convenience, your magazine arrives in your letterbox on time everytime, at last not another bill!
Top What is included in the price?
The subscription cost is dependant upon the country you wish the magazine to be delivered to. This price is displayed including delivery costs and taxes (where applicable). If you pay for your subscription using any non-sterling currency the price you pay will be dependant on the exchange rate of your credit card company and may fluctuate.
Top What do you do with my personal information?
All of your personal information is secured by your username and password. Only you can access your personal information through your account. We use the personal information you provide (e.g. name, address, email address) to process your subscription order. On the online subscriptions order form we will ask you about receiving details of our magazines and services and/or those of third parties which may be of interest to you. Top How do I find the magazine that I'm looking for?
Unique Magazines has a comprehensive list of unique and specialist magazines. The titles are grouped into categories of interest. Search through the categories to find the title you are looking for, or use the "Search" facility which is positioned at the bottom of the left hand menu. You can also use the "A-Z of Magazines" located in the top red bar, to search alphabetically for your title. If we do not list a title you are looking for, please let us know, and we will endevour to have the magazine listed on the site.
Top I can't find the magazine I am looking for, what do I do?
If you can't find the magazine your are looking for, it could mean that we do not currently offer that title. But please let us know by using our "Can't Find a Title" service and we will endeavour to add it to our list. We will let you know via e-mail when it becomes available. "Can't Find a Title" is found at the bottom of the left category menu.
Top Can I order a subscription for delivery outside the UK?
On many titles you can. You can find this out on the magazine product page, where prices may be displayed for delivery to the UK, USA, Europe and/or Rest of World. As the magazines are despatched from the UK, higher delivery costs may apply for delivery to addresses outside the UK. The prices displayed include delivery costs and taxes (where applicable).
Top How long will it take to receive my first issue?
Your first issue should arrive no more than 6 weeks after you have received confirmation of your order with Unique Magazines; however, please be mindful of magazine publication dates. If you have not received your magazine after 6 weeks, please call our Customer Service team on (08453) 036 750 from within the UK, or +44 (0)191 293 9040 from outside the UK. Top Is there a gift subscription service?
If you are ordering your subscription as a gift, you can enter the recipients delivery details as part of the checkout process so they can recieve their favourite magazine direct to their door.
Top How do I request a refund?
If you feel you require a refund, please contact our customer care department on (08453) 036 750 Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm or email us via our Contacts Form.
Top How do I know that my order has been accepted?
When your order has been successfully received, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you supplied in the ordering process.
If you do not receive your confirmation email, please let us know and we will arrange for this to be resent.
Top How discreetly are magazines delivered?
Magazines are delivered in clear plastic postal bags. Adult Magazines are delivered in unmarked envelopes. As packaging and delivery details are managed by the publishers, if you are concerned with discretion, please contact the publisher directly.
Top I've moved house, how do I change the delivery address?

Top Can I submit articles or pictures for consideration to Unique Magazines?
Unfortunately not as we are not a publishing house and only deal with subscriptions for the magazines on our website. All articles or pictures must be submitted to the publishers, we cannot do this on your behalf.

Unfortunately, no - we don't hold this type of information.
