About Volt magazine subscription
Volt Magazine
Volt Magazine is the brain-child of a group of unique people from San Francisco California. It was originally published as a non-profit magazine and a baby of Sonoma State University. Volt Magazine is dedicated to publishing a range of adventurous writing and loves to publish new and unique poetry. The covers of Volt Magazine are frequented by Joan Mitchell, Hawley Hussey and Jo Whaley artists and are very classy and well – eccentric.
Volt Magazine has received many awards and honors for its uniqueness and interesting poetry and writings. The Pushcart Prize Anthology selections, a Fund for Poetry grants and several selections of the annual anthology, The Best American Poetry are a few awards that Volt Magazine has received.
You can submit originally writings, especially poetry, to Volt Magazine from September to February of each year. Make sure if you submit that you send three to five poems of no more than 10 pages.
This incredible magazine is an intellectual reader’s jewel. You will find articles, stories and poetry and photography, fashions and places that are unique, and extremely well done. I am not poetry lover, but the poems and illustration in Volt Magazine have been truly inspiring and thought provoking.
Everything in Volt Magazine is trendy and cutting edge; from the photography and spreads to the covers and articles. When you read Volt Magazine you will be taken into a world of weirdness, but excitement. The fashion spreads are very different and each article emphasizes how diverse the world can be. You will love to read Volt Magazine if only to see a different side of art, stimulate your intellectual juices and find out more about others and maybe yourself.
