I was looking for a magazine a friend had asked for xmas called Good Homes. Few other sites offered this magazine and i was really pleased i used unique magazines. brillient service. great idea for gifts. this is the second time i have purchased for relatives birthdays.

I have renewed my subscription but as always I had problems online so a very helpful customer services person responded to my email so all is well again.

I have had other subscritions with another company however they kept cancelling my grandaughters comic and this site seemed so easy to find what I wanted

I am very happy with Unique Magazines and with my subscription but cannot afford the costs any longer. The total, including the shipping price, is much too high for me.

I would like to cancel one subscription to Take a Break, as I am receiving two! My fault, as I found it difficult renewing said subscription. I have paid for two, only want 1!

I have been buying People's Friend magazine for my mother for 2 years and she loves it. It solves my problem of what to give and older lady who doesn't really need any more clutter and she shares it with several of her friends so they all get a lot of pleasure from her gift. Thank you,

Really good service - arrives promptly every Tuesday by the postman.

the magazine was originally mailed to me in the US, instead of a friend in England. This was corrected easily with a phone call,and Lizzie was extremely helpful.

After not receiving GH during the first month, this issue seems to solved now (received both the Nov and Dec issues today). Have not received Good Ideas yet.

Communication via email to verify that the order was received ok and the starting date of the subscription could be better - just a minor thing.

After placing my order I had to wait a month before I received the first magazine, It would be really good if you could let new customers know when to expected their order.

My dyslexic granddaughter loves to read the magazine, every word of it.

I didn't realise the magazine I ordered was based in Ireland. TThis means that I can't take advantage of any of the offers etc. and some of the products aren't available in the UK where I live.

Would be good if you could pace issues, rather than get every one, so you can get every other issue of weekly magazines, for example.

Offers like yours and from other suppliers attracts one in but it would be very enticing if you provided ongoing offers at the end of each 12/15 issues to keep customers with you and not cancel after that time to go with another supplier providing a new offer that one cannot refuse for the next 12/18 months. It's the age old problem - suppliers get you in but don't keep them to full maturity...

I think the magazine should be dispatched earlier as we can always see it in the shops before we have it delivered.

unlike other similar orderes publications this magazine usually arrives after it is on sale in local shops

I have always found Unique Magazines customer service to be extremely helpful.

Paris match subscription is good, Tetu subscription is hopelessly slow.

My husband loves to see Singletrack come in through the letter box
