International Delivery Updates!
Here at Unique Magazines, we understand how important it is for our customers to be receiving their magazine subscriptions during these unprecedented times. Our warehouse staff are working exceptionally hard, around the clock, to make this happen.
We have continued to dispatch orders around the world, however, please be aware that due to the COVID19 pandemic, Royal Mail are still facing many challenges which are affecting delivery times. This is causing significant delays globally.
Delays in the UK vary, but should be no more than 2 days on each service. Please click here for the latest UK delivery information from Royal Mail.
Please allow 16 days before contacting our customer service team to report missing issues.
We continue to send all deliveries into Europe via Air Freight, but please be aware that delays of upto 4 weeks should be expected.
Please allow 30 working days before contacting our customer service team to report missing issues.
Rest of the World
Deliveries into USA & ROW have encountered significant delays of upto 6 - 8 weeks. All deliveries are now being dispatched via Air Mail.
Please allow 60 working days before contacting our customer service team to report missing issues.
Please see the list below, which shows all countries that have been temporarily suspended. If you currently have an active subscription with us and your delivery country has been suspended, please do not worry, as we will automatically pause your subscription. Once the suspension has been lifted, your subscription will then start again. If you purchase a Single Issue magazine and your delivery country is currently suspended, Please be aware that you will receive the current issue at the time of dispatch, which may not be the same issue purchased.
