About Practical Poultry Magazine Subscription

Practical Poultry Magazine as the title suggests is aimed purely at poultry, catering to the needs of enthusiasts of all levels starting from beginners with few chickens in the garden to established breeders having poultries or small scale commercial productions.

It is the best published journal for poultry enthusiasts and who have taken up this as a profession, as it is a handy guide giving information of all sorts under the domain of poultry.

This magazine over poultry covers a vast array of topics related to it, ranging from incubation to housing, the process of feeding the small chicks and the techniques of breeding to get best possible results, as well as shows to husbandry issues.

The content  is specially geared for the lay mans or the novice keepers to train them as in how exactly these chickens should be taken care of, along with this, each issue has plenty of interesting articles which can interest the more experienced owners too!

Practical Poultry

A practical down to earth attitude (e.g. articles on how to humanely dispatch birds for the table) is what attracts me to your mag. Other magazines suggest that killing hens should only be done by a vet - ridiculous! Meat birds are for eating, not for sitting next to you on your sofa watching TV! (And I'm a vegetarian by the way!) Improvement suggestions: more articles to read please, especially regarding hybrids, & some competitions please.

Practical Poultry

It is more for beginners poultry keepers. Lacking of health professional advice and problem solving for more experienced keepers.
