I like this because although I am a bit overweight & not a spring chicken anymore, I find that the articles inspire me to get off my backside & out exercising in the fresh air. There is something for all levels in there from complete beginners to mad ultra runners. You can also find dietary advice, tasty recipes,a list of races to enter, & uplifting tales of how peoples lives have been turned around by simply running.It is actually my husband who subscribes, but I always get in first for a good read.
