About Total Sea Fishing Magazine Subscription
This is where I learned about the double wish bone rig, which has helped me reel in some competition winning bags of flatties.
There are also a number of articles reviewing fishing marks around the country. You may not be able to get to these marks, but the articles are so well written and go through the conditions of the mark (sandy, rocky, snaggy) that it is easy to relate the techniques to your own local marks.
Total Sea Fishing also has a section dedicated to boat fishing, which I find useful as in the summer months I go off boat fishing with my angling club. Again, I find the articles and tips extremely useful.
Another regular feature is the “rig of the month” which details how to build your own rigs. I initially started making my own rigs with a view to saving money, but shop bought rigs are so cheap this excuse doesn’t hold up with the wife. However, building your own rigs does allow you to adapt designs which have worked for you in the past, and make them that little but more effective.
So if you want to improve your technique or find the killer rig then I recommend Total Sea Fishing Magazine.
