Subscription Management Services
Unique Magazines provide multiple options for all subscription management including ordering, fulfilment and distribution of your publications. Our services are tailor-made to meet the needs of the publisher with the main objective of growth and profitability.
Order Management, Fulfilment and Distribution
A simple one stop solution giving you the publisher the time to focus fully on producing your publication.
Unique Magazines will create a dedicated page for your magazine which you can then use on your website. Adding the link to your website means all customers will click through to make purchases directly from us with an option to buy a single issue or subscription. Every order will then be packaged to your specifications and dispatched from our distribution centre.
Unique Magazines will store your magazines free of charge and will pay you for all copies sold minus the agreed discount at the end of each issue.
Fulfilment and Distribution
Unique Magazines will fulfil and dispatch orders provided by the publisher. Customers will make purchases through your website and the fulfilment data will then be sent to us to package and dispatch from our distribution centre.
Unique Magazines will store your magazines free of charge and you will be invoiced at the end of every month for delivery and processing costs.
Subscription Data Management
We can compile, cleanse, process and renew your subscriptions. Unique Magazines collect and manage all customer data to maximise sales opportunities. This will be through subscription renewals, identifying trends, customer/business demographics, opportunities to cross promote publications and to communicate with customers at key trading times e.g. Christmas, Mother’s Day etc.
All data is backed up for security and is made accessible to our business clients and partners.
Customer Service Team
An in house customer service team to handle all customer service queries on your behalf including, managing customer requests, updates to their accounts and dealing with issues arising from non-delivery / lost in post.
