About Analog Science Fiction and Fact Magazine Subscription

The bimonthly publication is now the oldest continuously published magazine in the field of science fiction. The magazine started out with the name Astounding Stories which then became Astounding Science Fiction in 1938.

The current name for the magazine came into being in 1960. Analog is currently the top selling science fiction magazine in the world.

Originally, the magazine started out in the pulp fiction category with action adventure as the main focus, and a little science fiction thrown in. The magazine has evolved and has gone on to represent the best of current science fiction. The writings of Isaac Asimov and Robert Heinlein were represented in Analog Science Fiction magazine.

Stories and recent articles in Analog Science Fiction magazine have included work by Juliette Wade with her story of alien subculture, Domingo Santos, a well known Spanish science fiction writer examines the popular generation ship story where people live entire lives on a journey to a distant planet.
