All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers which are located within the UK. Any payment transactions will be encrypted. Your data will be encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).  All payment service providers adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. No other third parties have access to your personal data unless it is specifically required to meet either contractual obligations

 Retention of your data

We will not retain your data for longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this notice. Different retention periods apply for different types of data.  Data retention periods maybe legally imposed upon us or we may need to retain data to protect the vital interests of you or another natural person.  In general terms, Unique Magazines will only retain your information while your account remains active or you are within a subscription contract and for a period of 60 months after the last transaction date upon which all personal data will be deleted from our systems.
