Can I request a cover by email?
Yes. If calling isn’t possible, you can email us — but please wait for our reply before placing your order so we can confirm we have the cover you want.
What if I've already placed my order and want to request a cover?
Please call us immediately with your UNI reference number (starting with UM).
If you email instead, response times can be up to 24 hours (Mon–Fri), meaning your order may be dispatched before we see your request.
