About Ancient Warfare Magazine
This glossy publication provides extravagantly colored diagrams, maps and full page color plates. The publication has a very specialized focus that of military history of the Greek and Roman civilizations. Of interest to history buffs, military re-enactors, military strategists and even wargamers find it helpful. Each issue has a central theme that is followed through the entire magazine. Each theme is introduced within a historical setting and the bibliographic sources for the theme are also always provided such whether the information is coming from a historical account or perhaps an archaeological excavation.
