About Gal-Dem Magazine
gal-dem was first launched in 2015, it was created by people who come from all walks of life. The magazine was founded by Liv Little, whose goal was to reach out to women and non-binary people of colour. The idea for the magazine came from being frustrated with the lack of diversity at University. The magazine connects to readers through the thought-provoking content, visuals and stories. Every issue will totally move you, confront you, and make you laugh. gal-dem showcases the work of young women and non-binary people of colour. There are articles ranging from extensive features to interviews with some of the most prominent non-binary people of colour.
