Review of National Geographic Kids magazine

I first bought National Geographic KIDS a number of years ago for my oldest boy who was engrossed from that first magazine. Since then I have been buying it for all 3 of my boys. The day I buy it a fight erupts to get it first. The magazine is full of facts and interesting worldly topics. It has crafts, jokes, competitions everything to keep young boys reading. Children are reading less these days with other activities taking over their time, boys especially struggle to pick up a book so any reading material that gets their attention is a gift. National Geographic KIDS is a magazine that will grab kids attention from page one, the free gift on the front page is a bonus. Once the kids have read from cover to cover the adults fight to read it, they equally learn the many facts and are often found quoting the facts they have read to friends and family. This magazine is a must if you have children who love to learn more about the world and the people and animals in it.

National geographic kids

this magazine is educational and bright, putting the content into a readable, intresting context for kids. it would most probably appeal most for children aged 8-12. the only complaint is that the articals vary from issue to issue- meaning some issues and articals swing more towards boys or girls, but this is hardly avoidable
