A great lifestyle magazine that talks to the important things in black women's lives, not just a fashion and beauty magazine but a career advisor a literature reviewer and health and fitness instructor. Love it! Wish it wasn't so hard to get hold of in the UK.

AMAZING MAGAZINE! LOTS OF INFORMATION THAT WE BLACK WOMEN FIND VERY USEFUL! STARTED COLLECTING ESSENCE MAGAZINE ISSUES FROM JANUARY 2010 TILL DATE, AND I HAVE NOT REGRETTED GETTING ONE COPY YET! LOVE IT! LOOKING FORWARD TO THE OCTOBER ISSUE, WITH BLAIR UNDERWOOD, BORIS KODJOE AND THE VERY CHOCOLATE LANCE GROSS!
