About The Leopard Magazine
The Leopard magazine massively references gay visuals that are meaningful throughout history. By allowing cult artists and people connected to the gay scene to create a gorgeous celebration of queer life. The magazine is limited edition as there are only 1,500 copies printed.
The creative minds behind the magazine are Alister Mackie, art director Jamie Andrew Reid and editor Liam Hess. They have crafted a magazine entirely constructed from archival material, new photography and rare interviews.
The topics covered by the leopard are very scattered as one page is about the cult artists from generations ago that have been overlooked by the mainstream. Another page is highlighting the contemporary emerging creatives whose work is championing the same emotions and attitude.
It features all of the creativity, sensuality and DIY glamour that should be given to an audience that will appreciate the content. The Leopard magazine certainly isn’t like your ordinary glossy fashion magazine, as it is more in kin with an art project.
