The format of this publication was inspired by Y2K teenage fashion magazines, although this magazine is published for 18+. It is shot primarily in the locker rooms of sapphire New York, the adult entertainment club, by one of the dancers there who goes by the name ‘Sunny’. Sunny likes to think of this as a girly yearbook, beautifully portraying the raw relationship she has with her girls in the locker rooms. Her aim is to diminish the stigma that dancers have no goals or aren’t motivated. She empowers women in the industry with this zine and although admittedly over glamorizing it sometimes, she strives to remind everyone of the challenges of the job and affirm to the girls they are bold and beautiful.
