Free gifts are offered by the publisher and are subject to availability. Every effort will be made to provide the free gift illustrated at the time of purchase. However, the publisher reserves the right to provide an alternative gift if they are unable to supply the original gift for whatever reason. Gifts are limited to 1 per household.

Although every effort is made to ensure you receive your magazine. Unfortunately, there are occasions when there are delivery problems. When this is the case please contact Unique Magazines as soon as possible and we can resolve this for you, with either a replacement copy if available, or an issue will be added to your subscription.
We have a 28 day claim period. Claims outside this time period will not be honoured (this has been extended to the below)
Please can UK customers allow 16 working days from the disptach date for a magazine to arrive. If it is a TV magazine which has not arrived before the start date, please get in touch. ALL international mail is being posted via Air Mail. We kindly ask customers in the EU to allow a maximum of 30 working days for their magazine to arrive from dispatch. We kindly ask our customers in the USA or ROW to allow 60 working days for their magazine to arrive from dispatch. Please note that this is not the expected time frame for delivery, simply the length of time we wait to assume it has been lost in the post. We appreciate your understanding at this time of reduced air travel.
If the magazine still has not arrived by this time, we will assume it has been lost in transit and we will either replace the missing issue or extend your subscription, depending on stock availability.
