HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?

 

If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch via any of our contact methods and we can issue a refund. A £5 admin fee will be deducted from the balance. The refund will be made back to the original payment method.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY MAGAZINE IS DAMAGED WHEN IT ARRIVES?

 

If a magazine arrives to your damaged, please contact us straight away so we can organise a replacement for you. We package our magazines to avoid damage through the post. Unfortunately, sometimes damage still occurs. 

 

 

YOU HAVE SENT ME THE WRONG MAGAZINE, WHAT DO I DO?

 

If you have received a different magazine from what you ordered, please contact us so we can get your order corrected for you.

A MAGAZINE HAS ARRIVED AT MY HOME, BUT I DID NOT ORDER IT.

 

If a magazine has been sent to you and you were not expecting it, please contact us and we can investigate for you. You could have perhaps been bought a gift. If the magazine is addressed to someone else who does not live at your address, we can stop magazines arriving.

HOW DO I RETURN A MAGAZINE TO YOU?

 

To return a magazine to us, within the UK. Simply cross out the delivery name and address and write, return to sender. This package can then be put in any post box free of charge and it will be returned to us. Please add a note with your return or send us an email to advise the reason for the return.
